Food Pyramids: Nutrition Source, Harvard School of Public Health

چکیده
The USDA is now in the process of revising its pyramid. It is a golden opportunity to create a newer, healthier guide. The latest version of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, the document upon which the Pyramid is supposed to be based, represents a step forward in nutrition advice from the government. Whether or not the new Pyramid or some other shape embodies what we now know about healthy eating remains to be seen.
